Video Thumbnails not working with 2.3.4

Since updating to the latest version of XFMG, thumbnails are not working. The video files are fine, it only effects the thumbnails from what I can tell. I am using Cloudflare R2, I disabled R2 and I'm still getting no thumbnails. There is also nothing being uploaded to the R2/local file system for the thumbnail.
