In my forum, clicking the 'Post Reply' button does not refresh the page. Instead I get the attached pop-up. Once you close the pop-up, the page comes to the foreground again, and the post remains in draft view. However, if I manually refresh the page, the post did actually post. This is leading many users to re-post the same thing multiple times.

I'm not seeing any Javascript errors in the developer tab and I've been able to replicate in multiple browsers. I think this started after...
