XF Cloud 2.3.4.
How to fix? This member has all of the edit tools above the post edit box grayed out, not usable. For a new post, or editing an old one.
Member's permissions are normal. Test user with identical permissions has use of the edit tools. And the edit tools don't seem to be part of the on/off permissions in any case.
Permissions analyzer also looks normal for this member.
