XenForo in VPS - Is it a problem with Google's index?

I know it might be a stupid question, but from what I'm seeing, it seems like it's a problem. Is it because I can't set up my VPS properly, is it a security setting, is it something else, who knows? I know that XenForo has no problems with shared hosting, so I'm currently running a test with my current server and a shared hosting from another company. From VPS, the page index continues to drop, while from shared hosting, it grows and the index improves. Before XenBg I didn't work with VPS...
