When you have a Resource that is linked to a thread, there is a menu bar that has Overview, History, Discussion, etc for that Resource.
When you also have a widget that is set to display in Thread View Above Messages, the Resource menu bar is above that widget. It should be below that widget so that it is right above the thread. Is there a simple way to swap this?
This one is the carousel widget for Bobs AMS system, but the same carousel is used for Resources and it does the same thing...
