Setting visibility date of birth (XF 2.2.9 Cloud)

I noticed that the view in the frontend shows the full date of birth. Actually, for privacy reasons, only the age (calculated from the year) should be displayed. In the settings, there is the year of birth displayed separately, but one does not exclude the other. I would like simply that the members of each other can see the age publicly (!)

Is there a workable solution? Template I have also found none (work with the cloud version!)
