Server Errors... something about push notifications. can anyone help?

I'm suddenly getting hundreds of server errors:

I had been running with PHP 7.3, and my host said i should upgrade to newest version. I picked 8.3, and that completely killed my site. I then went to 8.1 and the site came back, but now i'm getting these...
