If I buy a XenForo Cloud subscription for 1 year but decide to close my forum after 4-5 months due to lack of success, will I get a refund for the remaining months?

Also, if I decide to start a new forum or community later, would I need to buy a new XenForo license, or could I reuse my previous XenForo Cloud plan or switch to a self-hosted XenForo license?
