Hey guys and gals,
I think I want to switch from vbulletin 3.8 to xenforo.
My question is, once I buy the xenforo license, I plan to hire a Fiverr freelancer to migrate my forums from the old vbulletin to xenforo and make sure everything works properly and customize it to my liking. Do I send them all the new xenforo files for them to upload it on my server or should I upload the files to my server directly where my forums currently live, then have them access the control panel and have...
