Bulk remove members from "Receive news and email updates"?

We have 555 members who have used the unsubscribe button in their email clients that have generated unsubscribe emails to us over the last few weeks, and the automated unsubscribe did not work (still doesn't for some reason, but I have a ticket open for the issue).

I have these in an Excel file/list ... is there any method of fixing their preference via a bulk action instead of having to manually unsubscribe each one?
